By far the most helpful medical professional I've had. Robert Fares was great and took the time to explain everything regarding his treatment philosophy and what I could expect going forward. I left there with a sense of gratitude for the overall experience.

I am very pleased with the healthcare services provided to me to date ; PCP physician, medical staff to include front office , were professional, skilled and patient friendly . My attending doctor was thorough and helpful with addressing my healthcare needs. Update from August 18, 2025 f/up visit Unfortunately , my worst nightmare of healthcare service was played out to the hilt ; firstly , received a call prior to scheduled visit that my lab work results would take two weeks to be processed and my appointment would have to be rescheduled three weeks out ! I said that’s impossible Quest made it clear the doctor will receive my results on time for my appointment! I was adamant I will not reschedule because I needed my meds refilled , needed referrals for physical therapy (degenerative neck disease) was acting up , my feet arm was in pain , needed podiatry referral (right foot callous maintenance- type 2 diabetic) , needed nephrologist referral ( kidney disease maintenance) needed ophthalmologist referral ( left eye cataract surgery overdue) ! The staff person agreed and went ahead and scheduled for a lab result appointment at a later date ??? !!! Well to date I have not received the referrals as agreed with the PA , his CNA told me at my follow up call ; to call my insurance for a Dr and facility , the referrals had no referring Dr or facility listed on my chart file ???? I told her that’s her job not mine , the Dr should know who to refer me to ??? Unbelievable, end result I spoke with UHC Medicare advantage of my dilemma and switched PCP after failed attempts to secure referrals !

Dr Robert is the best! I have had sooo many bad doctors in Vegas that when I met Dr Robert it was amazing. He listens to you and just makes u feel completely comfortable with him. Definitely would recommend him to everyone i know
